Lauren Stafford

Lauren Stafford was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to Houston, TX for college, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Christianity and Classics, graduating in 2015. While in school, Lauren met and married her husband, Ray, in the summer of 2014. They relocated to Louisiana to be closer to her husband's family. Lauren has been a Latin teacher since she graduated college, and currently teaches Latin and Bible at a private Christian school. Lauren has a passion for ministering to children of all ages and cherishes the opportunity she has been given to pour into the lives of kids. Her prayer for the children of Parish Church is that they would come to know, see, and enjoy the love and grace of God poured out upon them daily!


Ray and Lauren are family-oriented and love spending time with their loved ones. Lauren finds great joy in cooking and baking (her cheesecakes are out-of-this world)! She also loves animals and is daily fascinated by God's creative design in nature. The Stafford's are overjoyed and grateful for the community and fellowship they have found at Parish Church and are excited to be a part of the Kingdom of God at work in Lafayette.
